By browsing the website, placing orders and purchasing any service or product, you fully accept these terms. If you disagree with any clause, please stop using our website.
- Service Description
All metaphysics, traditional culture, fortune analysis, feng shui layout guidance and divination consultation products are provided purely for cultural reference purposes.
Our analysis, suggestions and written reports are NOT professional psychological, legal, medical or financial advice. You shall make all life decisions independently and take full responsibility for your own choices.
Crystal jewelry is physical decorative merchandise. Crystal healing, energy-related descriptions are traditional cultural statements and not scientific medical treatment. Crystals cannot replace formal medical care.
- Order & Payment
All transactions are processed via PayPal. You authorize us to capture payment when you complete checkout.
Prices are displayed in US Dollars. Tax obligations for buyers depend on the consumer’s local jurisdiction. Buyers are responsible for any import tax, customs fees when purchasing physical crystal goods.
We reserve the right to adjust product prices without prior notice; confirmed orders will not be modified in price. - Delivery Rules
3.1 Digital consultation reports (PDF):
Delivery time: 1–8 working days after complete information is received from the customer. Delivery is sent to your submitted email address.
3.2 Physical crystal products:
We will arrange shipment within the stated handling time. Shipping time depends on international logistics and cannot be fully guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, logistics companies or force majeure are not our liability.
- Refund Policy
4.1 Digital consultation services:
Once we have started working on your consultation case (information reviewed, analysis begun), NO refunds will be offered.
Full refund only available if we have not commenced any work within 7 working days after payment and you submit a cancellation request.
After the digital report is delivered, refunds are not acceptable, because the digital file cannot be returned.
4.2 Physical crystal goods:
Refund or exchange requests must be sent within 7 days after you receive the parcel.
Goods must be returned unused, undamaged, with original packaging. Buyer bears return shipping cost.
Custom-sized, specially customized crystal products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We do NOT offer partial refunds based on personal dissatisfaction with consultation conclusions.
- User Responsibilities
When ordering consultation services, you guarantee all information you submit (birth data, house photos etc.) is true, accurate and belongs to you or you have permission from the related person.
You cannot use our services for illegal activities. You are prohibited from redistributing, reselling, copying our paid PDF consultation reports to third parties for commercial purposes. - Intellectual Property
All website text, pictures, consultation report content, layout and writing are protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction, commercial resale is forbidden. - Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential loss, income loss, emotional distress or disputes arising from your reference to our consultation suggestions.
We provide services under cultural reference principle; all risks are undertaken by the customer. - Third-Party Platforms
PayPal is an independent payment service provider. We are not responsible for PayPal account restrictions, fund holds or payment failures. - Website Cookies & Privacy
