- Physical Crystal Jewelry Items
Return Period
Our return policy for physical goods is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your parcel.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
Items must be unused, undamaged, and kept in original packaging.
You need to provide your order number and valid proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Items cannot be returned or exchanged if damaged due to:

Accidental impact
Self-modification after delivery
Return Shipping
Return shipping fees shall be borne by the customer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
When a refund is approved, return freight may be deducted accordingly.

Nature of Digital Services
All consultation services deliver digital analysis reports, PDF documents, and online text guidance. These are non-tangible customized digital products and are considered “digital content” under applicable consumer protection laws.
Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Withdrawal Period)
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason.
You may exercise your withdrawal right by sending a clear cancellation notice via email to hongyigemetaphy@outlook.com.
However, you may request that we begin work earlier. By requesting us to commence your personalised consultation service during the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, you acknowledge and agree that:
Once we begin collecting your information and arranging the analysis work, partial or full labour costs have already been incurred.
After the consultation report and analysis materials are delivered to you, no refund will be accepted, except in cases where our service quality materially fails to meet the agreed specifications.
Cancellation Before Work Commences
If you submit a formal cancellation request BEFORE we start the analysis work, you may apply for a full refund. Please note:
Payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers are non-refundable.
We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request via email.
Failure to Provide Required Information
If you fail to provide required information (birth details, house layout, relevant questions) for more than 15 calendar days without valid notice, we reserve the right to close the order and no refund will be offered.
Service Quality and Disputes
If you believe the consultation report does not meet reasonable quality standards (e.g., contains significant errors, is completely irrelevant to your original questions), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your concerns and, if justified, may offer:
A revised report, or
A partial refund proportionate to the issue
Right to Decline Service
We reserve the right to decline service requests and cancel orders if:
Customers provide false information, or
Customers intend to use the service for improper purposes.
